NB: Online Coaching Available On Request

In a world filled with diverse experiences, individuals of all ages bear the weight of overthinking and overanalysing.  This creates negative thought patterns, beliefs, and negative emotions, from the young to the old. A myriad of sentiments such as anger, stress, worry, and anxiety manifests in your life, creating an intricate tapestry of internal struggles.

Within this overthinking and overanalysing landscape, you can find the threads of fear, doubt, hurt, sadness, and pain, intertwining to form a complex web of human experience. Amidst these tumultuous thoughts and emotions, the journey towards self-awareness and mindfulness becomes a transformative path, offering the potential for healing and the cultivation of inner peace.

What Is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the art of being fully present in the current moment, cultivating a heightened awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. It involves embracing experiences without judgment and fostering a non-reactive, observant mindset. Through mindfulness, you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your emotions, and the world around you.

By avoiding your emotions, and seeking pleasure rather than facing the pain, you are unlikely to find happiness.

However, through practicing mindfulness and stilling the mind (with a boost from transformation coaching), you can learn to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, respond to stressors with resilience, and foster a sense of inner peace. It is a journey of self-discovery and conscious living, inviting you to engage with each moment mindfully and, in turn, enhance your overall well-being.

Mindfulness Can Affect Your Decision-Making

The absence of mindfulness can significantly impact decision-making processes, as you may find yourself reacting impulsively rather than responding thoughtfully. Without a mindful approach, you are more susceptible to being influenced by external pressures, emotions, or distractions, leading to hasty and potentially regrettable choices.

The inability to stay fully present in the decision-making moment can result in overlooking crucial details or failing to consider long-term consequences. A lack of mindfulness may contribute to heightened stress and anxiety, further clouding judgment. In contrast, a mindful mindset allows for a clearer understanding of the present situation, enabling individuals to make decisions with greater awareness, balance, and consideration for both immediate and future implications.

There was a time when I could not make decisions for myself because I had so many emotions and negative thought patterns controlling me. I would, speak to colleagues, family or friends too often when I could not make a decision.  Relying on them for advice and answers.  When you do this you only devalue yourself.  Only you should know what is best for you, not other people.  You have to get to the point where you can make decisions yourself.  You only grow as a person when you make decisions, take responsibility and learn from them.

Being unable to make my own decisions I seemed to have created more unnecessary ‘what if’ questions.  Thus removing my ability to make a choice and make a final decision.  It was difficult for me to take responsibility for my decisions which caused me to analyse every aspect.  This created more thoughts and a very busy mind that trapped me in my own head with spinning thoughts that never ended and keeping me up at night.

It is only through this Transformation Coaching process that I have evolved as a person.

Do you choose to allow this to happen to you, or do you choose to empower your life so you may flow through it with ease?  If you choose to flow through life with ease and let go, you can also experience focus, peace of mind, great concentration, clarity, and good decision-making for the rest of your life.

Turning To Medication

I turned to medication to numb the feelings and the pain, which only prolonged what I still had to deal with.  For my psychiatrist, and for me, medication seemed to be the only answer for me to cope many years ago.  But as I look back on my life, I realise now that it would have been more advantageous to me, to deal with the issues in the moment. To deal with the hurt and pain, and not suppress it with medication but to deal with it instead, I see now that the medication was a coping mechanism, which is good to help you for a short period of time, but not long term.

How the Coaching can help you as it did for me on a permanent level:

Following the Transformation Coaching program, I personally have a mind at peace, I feel lighter, more in control of my life, more direction, I have purpose and meaning, I have more resilience to cope.  You can experience all this too, when you embark on a journey of mindfulness.
