My Turning Point: From Depression and Anxiety to Healing
There was a time in my life when I experienced deep depression and anxiety. I lived on anti-depressants for ten years.
Each day felt hopeless. I believed I would never feel joy again.
I walked through life in a “zombie” state, functioning, but disconnected.
Even with medication, the deeper struggles continued:
- Betrayal, deceit, manipulation
- Increased anger
- Lowered self-esteem
- Not trusting my intuition
- Self-judgment and criticism
- Crumbling confidence in presentations
- Chronic overthinking
- Lack of clarity
Physically, my body carried it: TMJ dysfunction, digestive issues, racing thoughts, headaches and neck tension.
For seven years I immersed myself in self-help books. They helped, but it was time for me to grow from there.
Eventually, I realised I needed structured transformation.
After carefully weaning off medication under professional supervision, I found the techniques I now practise today.
