Where Did It All Begin?

Most of the time, these limiting patterns didn’t start with you.
Through years of transformational coaching and inner healing work, I’ve found that many self-esteem struggles are rooted in childhood experiences or generational conditioning. We absorb beliefs about ourselves from our environment, caregivers, culture, and emotional wounds. And those beliefs become the lens through which we experience life.

What was learned can be unlearned. What was wounded can be healed.
