What if I told you that your thoughts and emotions are the only contributing factors to your anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, and any other issues you are facing?

The voice that is so loud in your head and that is based on fear, leads you down a path of self-torment and self-sabotage.  This voice comes from the analytical mind and the more you entertain it (talk back to it in agreement and with more negative thoughts) the more you extend the self-talk.

Let me give you examples of what possible thoughts are racing through your head:

You want and need:

  • a job consciously but subconsciously you are tired of the corporate world or tired of the monotonous job you do daily and seek your purpose in life;
  • money consciously and spend your time chasing money when subconsciously, all you want is peace of mind;
  • freedom while subconsciously you stay trapped in your own head;
  • to change your life and know there is something better out there for you, but subconsciously you are too busy pleasing everyone else to even take care of yourself;
  • to believe that you actually believe in yourself, but if you did, surely you would be putting yourself out there;

If this is you and can relate to one or more of the above, you are what we call, stuck in a loop of the analytical mind.  The analytical mind is strengthened by such thoughts which leads to overthinking which then can cause fatigue, headaches, and insomnia.

Your thoughts are your path and road map in life.  So think now of a road that splits in two:

  • The 1st road is taking you down the path of believing ‘I’m not good enough’.  The analytical mind plays on this and starts providing all kinds of reasons why you are not good enough;
  • While the 2nd road could take you on a path of believing ‘I am good enough’. Now the analytical mind has nothing to play with and you, with your conscious mind choose to believe this.  And by doing this you start to create a program and change your brain waves to believe you are good enough.  You find reasons why you are good enough and support this newfound belief.  By doing this you are now programming your subconscious mind to believe you are good enough;

We are here to be challenged by our environment.  The environment includes challenges by people, the values and beliefs others push onto you, diseases, and other environmental factors.  It is up to you to choose what you would like to believe in, or not believe in.  It is also up to you, to not allow all these environmental factors to affect you.  This is possible when you grow from within.

I would like to inspire you to make this change for the betterment of your life, today and always.  There is hope for you if you are struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, or any other issues.  If however, you struggle with your thoughts and beliefs after making the attempts to manage them, book an appointment today, and let’s boost you into a new way of thinking and living.  A life that is happier, peaceful, and flowing.
