In our online courses and in as a Transformation Coach it is my purpose of life to show you how your thoughts will mislead you.  Your thoughts will tell you that you are not good enough or you not smart enough.  It may tell you that you don’t have what it takes.  You tell yourself, I don’t have experience or a degree making you feel hopeless and worthless

Your own thoughts or those that others have imposed on you will very possibly divert you from your purpose of life.  Telling you maybe you are just not meant to know your purpose or be in a job you love.  This could make you feel depressed and anxious.  Fears develop as you stress about doing the same job for the rest of your life.  This in itself can be scary.

It can drive you further and further away from who you truly are.  Emotions of fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs breed within.

Maybe it is steering you away from writing that novel or the biography you have within you.  A story that is just bursting to release either a great novel or even a biography. Yet you are scared of what feedback you might get, or you have no idea how to do it, you can’t commit to the time.  All the excuses are overpowering.

All of what I have mentioned is what I have been through myself.  My thoughts controlled me.  I now realise that I was in a prison of my own mind.  My life was sinking further and further down a dark tunnel and there never seemed to be that shining light, it was as if someone kept switching off that light.

4 Steps To Manage Your Thoughts

  • Understand the power of your own mind. You have to take control of your mind when those fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs are the loudest;
  • Thoughts create whether they are positive or negative. The subconscious mind doesn’t understand the difference between a positive or negative thought.  Therefore it is up to you to ensure that you are aware of your negative thoughts and what they are telling you;
  • Once you are aware of what your thoughts are, change them to a story that best suits you. If your thoughts are that you are not good enough then change them to I am good enough.  When you turn your thoughts around for your own good, great opportunities open up for you and you can start that business, balance your life, start writing that book in you;
  • The power of the ego or analytical mind must also be understood. When you understand more about this you will have a better understanding of yourself and what’s happening in your mind;
